A logical progression for QK Meats was the expansion into the further processing sector, creating and developing a complete range of value added meat products.

In the last five years, QK Meats has installed a slice/dice/portion control facility at its group headquarters in Naas, Co. Kildare to meet the precise needs of the manufacturing, retail and food service sectors. The result of this aggressive expansion into the value added sector has seen the creation of a range of portion controlled steaks; IQF minced and diced products in all three red meat categories.

A core requirement in the development of the value added facility was to ensure flexibility in terms of product and packaging to meet the exacting requirements of our customers.

  • BEEF - Steaks, Dice, Stir-fry, Mince, Burgers, Meatballs & Koftas.
  • LAMB - Chops, Loins, Legs, Dice and Mince.
  • PORK - Select Chops, Dice, Stir-Fry and Mince
  • Full colour 454g retail bags to large 20kg bags for the manufacturing sector are catered for.
  • Mince ranges from 3mm to 10mm in size.
  • Fixed weight portion control steaks, chops and joints.
  • A range of sizes in our diced and stir-fry meat range from 13mm to 35mm
